- 1 package of sugar free cranberry jello (1/2 cup is allowed for a snack)
- ½ cup chopped celery (1 green)
- 7 chopped walnut halves (1 snack)
Mix jello according to package directions. Add celery and walnuts. Allow to set. Stir before serving. Makes 4-1/2 cup servings.
